  My husband Mark Zimmer was just released from the Facility. The Nursing and therapy departments are outstanding ! Thanks to them my husband is home
  The "Social Worker " released him with No care plan just his meds The regions medical person was the rudest and uncareing of all the office workers.
  They gave the home health care the wrong number and took his social security check two days before his scheduled discharge when they told him he could pick .
  Then they said they returned it to SS . This has been a nightmare for our family and the administration has no empathy
  As a result of administrations neglec this has very been costly.
  Thank God for the CNAs that were so caring and the nurse that managed his meds even the maintenance guy became a friend
  And especially the physical therapist that pushed him when they said he was at the end of his expected limit what ever that means .
  The bottom line is that he is a walking miracle because of your patience and care.

  You guys deserve all the praise and a raise !
  Anyone in this field of work needs to be very compassionate and empathic like they would if it were their family. But because of the administrations neglec this has been costly
